Quinoa Salad

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped radishes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Directions :
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
Notes :

Garnish with cherry tomatoes and shredded garlic cloves and chill before serving.
